Holiday Canape Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar and Jack, mixed)
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 tsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    10 squirts Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 loaves sliced buffet rye
    2 loaves sliced buffet French
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except bread. Spread 1 teaspoon onto each slice of buffet bread.
    Broil until cheese bubbles.
    Makes approximately 150 (1 1/4 inch) slices.
    Mix can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen.
    Thaw before using.
