Hazel Gentry'S A To Z Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. A to Z*
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and set aside.
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Add oil and sugar.
    Cream well.
    Add A to Z and vanilla. Add dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts.
    Spoon into 2 well greased loaf pans.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 2 large loaves.
