Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1/3 c. rich round crackers, crushed
Preparation
    In
    saucepan,
    melt butter.
    Blend in flour and cheese. Add milk. Cool and stir until mixture boils. Stir in broccoli. Place in a 1-quart casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
