Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. milk
3 egg whites, beaten
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add egg yolks and milk.
Stir. Add oil and stir.
Fold in egg whites.
Do not overmix.
Pour 2/3 cup on waffle maker for each waffle.
