Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 can (small) crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 egg whites, beaten and set aside
    4 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, oil and pineapple. Add egg yolks, cinnamon and water. Fold in beaten egg whites and chopped nuts. Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
