Betty'S Fish Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 fish fillets (up to 9-inches long)
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. seasoned crumbs or stuffing mix
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 lb. stick butter, melted
1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat (the cheapest is flaked which goes into the dressing perfectly)
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 small pkg. sliced almonds
Preparation

Mix together egg yolk, milk, crumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, onion, crabmeat and half of the melted butter.
Spread foil in baking pan (about 9 x 15-inch) large enough to make tent over fish. Lay three fillets flat.
Spread on crab mixture fairly thin.
Top with other three fillets.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with nuts.
Fold foil loosely.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer to brown.
Cut each double fillet in half to serve.
A wedge of lemon and a touch of paprika gives this dish a very professional look.
