Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. diet margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. butter flavor salt
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
    24 pkg. granulated sugar substitute
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) dietetic milk chocolate bar, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. With electric mixer, cream first 7 ingredients until fluffy.
    In separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and beat until well blended.
    Stir in chocolate pieces.
    Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet which has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown. Yields 4 dozen cookies.
