Florentine Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can Italian tomato paste
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 pt. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    In skillet, brown meat; drain fat.
    Stir in tomato paste, water, onion, salt and pepper.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
