Corn, Tomato And Summer Squash Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 c. chicken broth
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. fresh corn kernels
    4 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
    1 Tbsp. canned mild chopped chile peppers
    garnish: sour cream and chopped cilantro
Preparation
    In a large deep pot, heat oil; add garlic and onion and saute until softened.
    Add broth, tomatoes, corn and chile peppers. Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add zucchini and basil and simmer for 5 minutes more.
    Serve hot, passing garnishes.
