Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    6 oz. garlic cheese roll
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook grits until thick.
    Stir in butter and cheese.
    Mix egg, milk and pepper together.
    Add to grits.
    Top with sharp grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
