Italian Wedding Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
8 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. small soup pasta
1 1/2 c. cut-up fresh spinach
grated cheese (Parmesan)
Preparation

In small bowl, combine beef, crumbs, egg, onions and bouillon. Shape into 40 meatballs.
