Blueberry Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy; add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Add all dry ingredients.
    Blend well; add nuts and blueberries. Spoon into muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    I like to use 2 1/2-inch bake cups.
    Fill 3/4 full.
    Makes 2 dozen.
