Ingredients

8 oz. canned sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil that tomatoes are packed in
8 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1 bunch basil or cilantro (fresh), coarsely chopped
4 oz. your favorite pasta
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients and set aside.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Toss with tomato mixture.
Serve warm or cold.
