Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. sliced green onions, including the tops
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle in the raw rice.
    Saute the green onions in the olive oil until they are soft.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and then pour over the rice and stir.
    Cover the casserole and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 until the rice is tender.
