Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced and cooked
    1 c. grated, raw carrot
    1 can cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing bread mix
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Melt margarine and mix with stuffing. Place half of stuffing in dish.
    Put in all other ingredients.
    Top with rest of stuffing.
    Bake until bubbly, approximately 1/2 hour.
