Sausage Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage (Bryan)
    1 lb. hot sausage (Bryan)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain grease.
    Add flour and salt until it thickens.
    Add milk and steam for 5 minutes.
    Remove sausage mixture from heat.
    Melt oleo and saute onions.
    Add mushrooms, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
    Mix well.
    Add sour cream and stir.
    Serve in chafing dish with Melba rounds. This can be made ahead of time and frozen.
