Red Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head red cabbage
    2 apples
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop red cabbage.
    Add apples (peeled and chopped).
    Add onion (chopped).
    Add butter, brown sugar, salt and 1 cup of water. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain.
    Add vinegar and 1/2 cup of water. Simmer for 1/2 hour.
