Midwest Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries, ground or finely chopped
1 c. sugar
2 c. red Tokay grapes, seeded and cut in half
3 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts (pecans, walnuts), chopped fine
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine cranberries and sugar in nonmetallic container and refrigerate overnight.
Drain the cranberry mixture, discarding the liquid.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours.
May be doubled and placed in 9 x 13-inch pan.
