Mother'S Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

In a bowl, combine evaporated milk and egg.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat.
Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then evaporated milk and egg mixture and then back in flour mixture.
Fry in hot oil, turning frequently until done, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
