Come-On-Over Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 egg whites, beaten very stiff
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts, pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine crackers, baking powder and nuts.
    In another bowl, beat egg whites adding sugar and vanilla.
    Fold cracker mixture into egg whites.
    Press into a greased pan/dish and bake for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Cool thoroughly.
