Pork Chop Risotto Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown rice
    1 can beef broth
    1/4 c. water
    4 pork chops
    2 medium carrots, cut in julienne
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. marjoram, crushed
    1/8 tsp. oregano, crushed
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In medium saucepan combine rice, beef broth and water.
    Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
    Meanwhile, brown chops in skillet.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stir carrots, onion, wine and seasonings into rice.
    Turn into a slightly greased baking dish.
    Arrange chops on top.
    Bake covered for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
