Polenta With Sausage Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pt. jar tomato sauce
    1 chopped onion
    1 lb. pkg. Italian sausage
    salt and pepper
    olive oil
    parsley
Preparation
    Bring salted water to a boil over medium heat.
    Slowly pour in corn meal, stirring constantly, until thick, for at least 5 or 10 minutes.
    Mixture will be very thick.
    Pour into greased pie pan.
    Serve hot with sauce or butter and grated cheese.
