Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Lightly grease 8-inch square pan or 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into pan.
    Blend remaining ingredients until smooth and pour over cheese and bacon in baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley sprigs and bacon crumbs.
    Makes 6 servings.
