Best Macedonian Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cake yeast
    1/2 c. water
    5 lb. flour
    3 eggs
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 qt. salad oil
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water for
    5 minutes and mix the flour, eggs, butter and salad oil.
    Knead
    very\twell.
    Divide into 4 equal parts.
    Roll and
    stretch dough until very thin.
    Spread with your favorite filling,
    such
    as cheese, apples sprinkled with sugar, poppy seed, etc.
