Minnesota Egg And Potato Dish - cooking recipe

2 lb. Ore-Ida hash browns
sausage, ham or bacon
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dill
olives, mushrooms, onion
2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. Mozzarella
1 c. Cheddar
10 eggs
Preparation

Spread hash browns on bottom of cake pan.
Spread meat on top. Spread mushrooms, olives and onions on next layer.
Spread cheese on top.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, oregano, pepper, parsley, garlic and dill.
Pour evenly over cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
