Apple Crunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 baked (9-inch) pie shell, cooled
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. half and half
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. whipped topping
Preparation

Combine apple pie filling, brown sugar and cinnamon; add nuts and spread half of the mixture into pie shell.
Chill remaining apple mixture.
Pour milk and half and half into mixer bowl.
Add pie filling and beat at lowest speed until well blended.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon over apple mixture in pie shell.
Freeze 1 hour or chill 3 hours before serving.
Garnish with reserved apple mixture and whipped topping.
