Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink sockeye salmon
    1 sleeve saltine crackers
    2 eggs
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix salmon, crushed crackers, egg, salt and pepper to taste.
    Shape into patties (more crackers may be needed to make firm).
    Fry in Crisco on both sides until crisp.
    Serve with wilted lettuce and mashed potatoes.
