Chicken Liver Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Chicken livers
    Lean bacon
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on livers. Wrap each liver with one half of bacon strip. Secure with toothpick. (If livers are real large, cut in half before wrapping.) Place on pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Place under broiler to brown on one side. Turn over and repeat. Watch closely-----these burn quickly.
