Herbie'S Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter; saute onion until golden brown.
    Add the meat and garlic; simmer.
    Stir in flour and spices.
    Saute five minutes. Add soup and mushrooms.
    Simmer, uncovered, ten minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve over rice, noodles, or in patty shells.
