Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and dried
    1 large carrot, shredded
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 apple, chopped fine (optional)
    1 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine and refrigerate 24 hours before using.
    Stores in refrigerator several weeks.
