Russian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cut up and skinned
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    10 oz. apricot preserves (1 heaping c.)
Preparation
    Mix the Russian dressing, soup mix and apricot preserves together in an 8 x 8-inch baking or casserole dish.
    Place chicken in dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
    Serve over rice.
