Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cocoa (in can, unsweetened)
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Combine dry flour, salt, cocoa and baking soda with sugar. Add liquid ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 3 well-greased cake pans (8-inch pans).
    Completely cool.
    Frost cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
