Quick Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas, mashed
    2 c. (self-rising) flour
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    2 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread margarine
    2 tsp. nondairy creamer, dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water
    1/3 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine, add eggs, liquid sweetener, allspice and creamer dissolved in hot water.
    Mix well.
    Add banana and mix, then add flour a cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
    Cool, then remove from pan.
