Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients (except crackers) and place in a 1-quart casserole (buttered) dish and top with crushed Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
    May be used as a casserole warm or as a dip cold.
