Gaumpies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 to 2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    flour
    1 large cabbage
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. In a saucepan, mix tomato soup, water, sauce, caraway seed and flour to thicken. Simmer. Put the whole head of cabbage in a large pot half filled with water.
    Boil until crisp-tender. Drain and peel away leaves.
    Spread leaved open and roll meat into cabbage rolls.
    Place in pan and pour sauce over rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
