Salmon, Pea Wiggle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 can red salmon
1 c. peas (canned or frozen)
Preparation

Prepare cream sauce by melting butter, adding flour, salt and pepper.
Stir until smooth.
Add milk; cook over low heat.
Stir constantly until smooth and thick.
Add salmon that has been picked over, skin and bones removed.
Add peas.
Do not let boil. Serve over crackers, rice, toast or mashed potatoes.
