Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pared, sliced apples
    3/4 c. orange juice
    sweetener equal to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. graham crackers
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Place apples in a 1-quart casserole.
    Combine orange juice, sweetener, cinnamon and lemon juice.
    Pour over apples and toss. Combine graham crackers with butter.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
