Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. cubed chicken
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. regular rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1 can onion soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 can beef consomme, undiluted
    1 can French-style green beans
    1/2 c. water chestnuts or sliced almonds
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread rice, nuts, mushrooms, beans, pimentos and add chicken.
    Season with seasoned salt, heat soups and pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for three hours.
