No-Fat Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar or honey
    4 c. cooked oatmeal (1 3/4 c. oats, plus 3 c. water)
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Stir together flour, soda and cinnamon.
    Add sugar, oatmeal and milk.
    Mix until well blended.
    Add raisins.
    Drop by tablespoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
