Ingredients

2 c. rhubarb, scant
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together.
Beat egg yolks, add cream; add yolk mixture to flour mixture.
Mix well.
Add cut rhubarb, pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until rhubarb is tender and filling set.
Beat egg whites, add brown sugar.
Pour over pie and bake until browned.
