Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    4 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. unpeeled shredded zucchini
    1 c. flour (plain)
    2/3 c. nut meats
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream 1/3 cup margarine with the cocoa and both sugars.
    Blend in beaten egg, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini and nuts.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in 8 x 8-inch pan for 15 minutes or until top crust is dry and edges pull away from sides of pan.
    Interior will be moist.
    Cool and frost if desired.
