Curried Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced potatoes
2 1/2 c. water
3 tsp. beef or chicken bouillon
1 3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 chopped onion
1 to 2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
-
Place first 5 ingredients in a pot; boil until potatoes are very soft.
Put in a blender; blend until smooth.
Return to pot. Add milk and oleo.
Keep warm on low heat until ready to serve.
