Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium potato per person
4 to 6 oz. ground beef per person
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
cheese
Preparation

Peel, boil and mash potatoes with a little milk.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add flour to make a gravy.
If too dry, add a little oil.
Stir in milk.
Gravy should be thick.
Grease baking dish.
Put meat on bottom of pan.
Layer potatoes on top of meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
Top with cheese.
