Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tart apples
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/8 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan and fill with thinly sliced apples; pour 1/2 cup water over apples.
