Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. cream
graham crackers
Preparation

Separate the eggs.
Beat yolks until creamy, then add the sugar and vanilla.
Beat until light.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat the cream and fold in with egg whites.
Place a layer of graham crackers in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Add cream mixture; top with another layer of graham crackers, then freeze.
