Honey Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 jar Dijon-style mustard
2 chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces
1/4 c. honey

Preparation

Mix mustard with the honey. Add more honey, if desired.
Place chicken pieces in pan and gently pour honey mustard mixture over chicken, just enough to cover each piece.
Bake in oven until chicken is tender.
Drain chicken and place on a platter with toothpicks.
Use leftover honey mustard mix for dipping.
