Maple Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients thoroughly in a small saucepan.
    Add water and stir until dissolved.
    Place on high and stir until it comes to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add butter and maple flavoring.
