Diabetic Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    5 Tbsp. liquid sugar sweetener
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. diced apples
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Pour into lightly greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. This is good served warm with ice cream.
