Veggie Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. water (more if needed)
    2 medium green and/or red peppers, cut in chunks
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute the garlic and onion in the wine and water for about 5 minutes.
    Add the mushrooms and peppers and continue cooking until everything is tender.
    You can also saute the carrots with the onion.
