Sausage Supper(Teacher Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fully cooked sausage (Ekrich, etc.)
    1 lb. new potatoes, quartered
    4 medium carrots, sliced or 1 can carrots, drained
    1/2 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    In large skillet, combine sausage, potatoes, carrots, water and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Stir in lemon juice; sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves 4.
